Sprint Distance (TI National Series)

A fast-paced, short distance race perfect for beginners and experienced triathletes.

Distances

Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Run 5km

Swim – 750m

The swim takes place in the Upper River Liffey. The course will be a mixture swimming upstream and downstream.

Competitors will enter the water in a rolling wave start

Bike – 20km

The bike course consists of a multi-lap route.

Athletes will exit transition and proceed along Chapelizod Road. Heading into Phoenix Park before exiting back onto Chapelizod Road towards transition to complete a lap.

Run – 5km

The run course is a multi-lap 2.5km route.

On exiting transition, runners will run along Chapelizod Road for 1km, turn into Donore Harriers and complete one lap of their track before returning back towards transition.
