Team-Based Relay Fun

Each entry gets you a team of 3 people, the rest is up to you to swim, bike and run your team to the finish. The race will be a 750m swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run.

What do we get for our entry fee?

What will the corporate hospitality space look like?

Our corporate hospitality will be a restricted space for participants of the corporate teams only. There will be a number of gazebos with teams allocated a dedicated space within a tented area. Gazebos will be shared with other organisations.

Do we share our tables and benches with other companies?

No, all tables are reserved for a single team/organisation.

Can we get our own private tent?

Yes, this is possible. A minimum of 10 teams are required to secure a private tent.

We have some supporters with us. Is this allowed?

Yes, of course. Supporters are welcome to enjoy the atmosphere. At registration, make sure you let the volunteers know if you have supporters and they will provide you the necessary additional wristband. If you require further tables and catering for your supporters, get in touch with us.

How much space do we get?

Our space calculation based on each ‘Table’ = approx. 3m x 3m.

When can we move into the tented space?

The corporate hospitality area will be open from 7am.

How long can we stay?

The corporate hospitality area will be open until 3pm.

Who is organising the event?

Dublin City Triathlon is hosted by Piranha Triathlon Club.

Will there be security available to watch our stuff?

Access to the corporate hospitality area will be restricted. We will also have a dedicated bag drop. Dublin City Triathlon assumes no responsibility for any losses or damage to property.

Will food be available for my teams?

Yes, hot food is included for each team member as part of your entry. Additional food is available for purchase on the day. If you require more food (e.g. supporters), get in touch with us to pre-order.

What do the technical t-shirts look like?

What sizes are available?

We have unisex and female sizes in XS-S-M-L-XL

When do we get our t-shirts?

T-shirts will be available to collect at registration on the day of the event.

Can I purchase additional t-shirts for supporters?

Yes, additional t-shirts will be available to purchase. Get in touch with us to pre-order.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, we cannot accept any cancellations.

Can we advertise our company’s brand?

A single roller banner or flag banner is allowed per organization.

Is there electricity available?

No electricity is available.

We only have 2 team members, can we still race?

Yes, the race can be completed by 2 team members. It is your choice who does each discipline so in this case one team member will need to do two legs of the race.

We don’t have a swimmer. Can we share with another team?

Yes, if you don’t have a swimmer, you can share with another team from your company.

Is there race insurance?

Yes, your team entry fee includes a One Day racing licence as this is a Triathlon Ireland sanctioned event which covers insurance.

Will there be health and safety on site?

Yes, we will have kayaks in the water with first aiders on lane and multiple volunteers, Marshalls and officials on the bike and run course.

Can we pay by invoice?

Unfortunately not, we are only accepting payments by card via Eventmaster.
